Video & Phone Sessions
Already have a video or phone session scheduled? At the time of your scheduled appointment, click the blue "Enter Waiting Room" button below to enter the virtual waiting room.
Sessions are by appointment only
~ If you did not confirm your session at least 24 hours prior to the appointment time: Your session may have been automatically cancelled. Please message the office to check the status of your session.
~ If either you or the therapist does not show for a session within 10 minutes of the scheduled time,
contact has not been made/received to indicate a tardy arrival to the appointment, the session will be cancelled and would need to be rescheduled.
~ If you sign into your session late, the session will still end at the scheduled time. For example, if you're scheduled for a 45 minute session at 3pm & you sign in 8 minutes late, the session will still end at 3:45pm.

The staff of Monarch Therapeutic Services appreciates and values that you've chosen us to help you deal with the life challenges that you and/or significant others in your life are struggling with.
Before requesting an appointment please read the policies and procedures on this page. Most questions or concerns you may have after reading the information here are addressed on the FAQ page. If they are not, please contact our office directly.
Sessions are scheduled by appointment only. Walk-in/same day services are not available.
~ Average wait time for an initial/intake appointment is 2-3 weeks.
Initial/intake sessions usually take 45-60 minutes.
Requests for intake appointments without submitted completed intake forms will not be approved.
Clients must confirm appointments at least 24 hours prior to scheduled session or risk appointment being automatically cancelled.
* Two client-initiated cancellations or no-shows will result in closure of a referral.
* Cancellations made less than 24hrs in advance of scheduled appointments & "no shows" may result in a $50 charge
Payment is due at time of appointment.
