SELF-CARE IN COACHING
Building time for self-care daily is vital, making it a priority to enable a happier, calmer, healthier and more contented life.
Coaching clients are strongly encouraged to intentionally engage in routines of self-care to ensure they are taking good care of themselves, especially so they don't self-sabotage or take their frustrations and stresses out on family, friends, and colleagues.
Self-care activities help to increase & maintain positive life perspectives, self-esteem, and self-worth. Furthermore, actively engaging in routines of self-care helps you to gain control within your life and to improve relationships with yourself and others.
The better your self-care, the better your quality of life. Self-care is about taking care of yourself to enable you to feel happier, calmer and to have a good and strong physical and emotional wellbeing.

~ 12 hours of "live" coaching sessions [via in-person, video conference, telephone]
~ 25 (total/individual) Email/Text conversations [each conversation consists of a maximum of 6 client-initiated messages | Coach allowed 24hr reply window (M-F) | Each conversation terminates within 48hr (M-F)]
~ Customized Workbook of Goal-Oriented Between Sessions Tasks & Assignments
~ 3 Self-Care Electives per Individual / 6 Self-Care Electives per Couple
~ Expires 12 weeks from date of intake
