The Art of YOU is designed as an interactive program blending concepts of counseling, therapeutic coaching, spiritual awareness, personal training, and holistic self-care, in which participants are encouraged to explore, acknowledge, and understand authentic self (who we are underneath the roles and expectations projected upon us by others) and what their authentic self needs in order to be strong and healthy in mind, body and spirit.

During the program participants explore the mind-body-spirit connection,  specifically how food, body movement, creativity, values, and faith influence mental well-being and physical health. Participants also process how how persons perceive themselves, their world, feel motivation, and experience happiness.

In mini-workshops participants will discuss and practice holistic strategies and techniques that they can apply to help them have better control over their overall wellbeing. They will be guided in using the information and awareness gained over the two days to make individualized plans of action to craft a healthier, happier, authentic self.
