Appointments must be confirmed at least 24 hoursprior to scheduled session or risk appointment being automatically cancelled.
​Cancellations made less than 24hrs in advance of scheduled appointments & "no shows" may result in a $50 charge.

​TROUBLESHOOTING APPOINTMENTS
Problem making an appointment?
  • The calendar will not allow scheduling within 24 hours. If the appointment you are trying to schedule is in less than 24 hours, the calendar may block the appointment. 
  • Your access to schedule appointments may not be turned in the client portal.  Call or text the office at 203-405-0837

Need to confirm an appointment?
  • If you did not confirm your appointment when you received your voice or text reminder, please send a message of confirmation through the client portal.
  • You may also call or text our office to confirm 203-405-0837 or email confirmation to office.monarchpsychotherapy@gmail.com

Need to cancel an appointment?
  • Please sign into the client portal to cancel an existing appointment.
  • You may also cancel your appointment by calling or texting our office at 203-405-0837.

TROUBLESHOOTING PROBLEMS WITH YOUR SESSION
Problem signing into video session? 
Make sure you clicked the blue "Enter waiting room button" above to connect to your session.  If for some reason the button is not available, you can access the virtual waiting room using this url:

Signed in to video session but there is a video or audio problem? 
  • Close the page and sign in again. 
  • Switch devices.  Some mobile phones do not have the capacity to support the connection
  • Check to make sure you have a strong and stable internet connection.

Keep losing connection during your video session?
  • Put your mobile device on Do Not Disturb.  Incoming calls & messages may disrupt your audio or video feed. 
  • Check to make sure you have a strong and cable internet connection.
  • If you're traveling in your car, switch to a phone session

Waiting for more than 10 minutes past scheduled start time?
  • Please make sure you're signing in on the right day and/or at the right time for your session.
  • Sometimes unexpected circumstances prevent us from showing up according to plans. If either you or the therapist/coach does not show for a session within 10  minutes of the scheduled time, AND contact has not been made/received to indicate a tardy arrival to the appointment, the session will be considered cancelled and need to be rescheduled. 
  • If you did not confirm your session at least 24 hours prior to the appointment time, your session may have been automatically cancelled.  Please message the office at 203-405-0837 to check the status of your session.
